Head Of Human Resources at Pax Versicherung

Reto Schneider has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Reto began their career as a Kundenberater at Credit Suisse in 1997 and eventually transitioned into roles as an eCommerce Manager, Projektleiter, and Teamleiter. In 2002, they joined Neue Aargauer Bank as the Head of Product Management. Schneider then returned to Credit Suisse in 2006 as the HR Head of Employee Relations & Special Services. Reto joined Pax, Schweizerische Lebensversicherungs-Gesellschaft AG in 2013, where they served as the Leiter of Human Resources & Personalentwicklung until 2018. From 2019 to 2020, Schneider took on the role of Leiter of Human Resources & Personalentwicklung at Saviva AG. In 2019, they also founded FüHRwerk and served as the Executive Partner. Reto then took on the position of Head of Human Resources at Homburger from 2020 to 2023. Currently, Schneider is working as the Co Head of Human Resources, Culture & Development at Pax Versicherung starting from July 2023.

Reto Schneider attended the University of Basel from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Jurisprudence (lic. iur.). In 2000 to 2001, they pursued an Ergänzungsstudium Führungskompetenz (Supplementary Leadership Competence) at HSW Hochschule für Wirtschaft Luzern. From 2010 to 2011, Reto Schneider completed the Studiengang für angewandtes Coaching (Program for Applied Coaching) at SCA Coaching Plus. In 2012 to 2013, they furthered their education at the University of Basel, earning a Master of Advanced Studies in Marketing & Business Development. In 2019, Reto Schneider attended HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich, where they completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Change Management. Lastly, in 2022 to 2023, they pursued a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Personalentwicklung (Human Resource Development) at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.
