Heidi Wills has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Heidi is currently serving as the CEO of PAWS - Progressive Animal Welfare Society since February 2020. Prior to this role, they were a small business owner at Compendium starting from August 2002. Heidi has also contributed to the First Tee - Greater Seattle organization as the former Executive Director from January 2005 to December 2017. Heidi has had government experience as a Councilmember for the City of Seattle from January 2000 to December 2003. Additionally, Heidi obtained a certification as a Recognized First Tee Coach from the same institution, although the specific dates for this certification are not provided.
