Roland Octoviano currently serves as Head of Product & IT and Product Manager at Pawoon Indonesia since August 2021. Prior to this role, Roland held the position of Product Manager at PT ALTO HALODIGITAL INTERNATIONAL for a brief period in early 2021 and worked at bamms (PT Teknologi Optimal Prima) from November 2017 to February 2021, where responsibilities included Product Manager and Project Manager roles. Earlier experience includes barista positions at Fillmore Coffee and Zero Hour Coffee, as well as a role as Director of Public Relations for the Student Association of Business Administration at Parahyangan Catholic University. Roland earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) in 2017 and is currently pursuing a Fullstack Developer certification at Purwadhika Digital Technology School.
