Anna Smolinska is an experienced professional with a Master's degree in Computer Science from Wrocław University of Science and Technology. With a career spanning over 17 years, Anna has held multiple roles, including Help to Create Great Mobile Products at Pawaful since September 2021, Scrum Master at Aptitude Software, and Scrum Master at Santander Consumer Bank SA, where Anna supported multiple teams in digital banking and new digital product development. At STX Next, Anna functioned as both Scrum Master and Product Owner, facilitating team empowerment and ensuring end-to-end product delivery. Previous roles include IT Project Manager, Automation Cluster Lead and Developer, Operation Process Improvement Expert, Business Process Analyst, and VAT Reporting Specialist at HP, where Anna managed IT projects, led automation initiatives, and implemented process improvements.
