Kristie Bailey Ostrander, CEBS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Pavion since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kristie held the position of Director of Human Resources Operations at American Woodmark from June 2005 to January 2024. Kristie began a career in human resources as an HR Admin at SAGE Staffing between 1998 and 2003. Kristie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Capella University, graduating between 2003 and 2005.
