Bryan Raschke P.E. is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in project management and operations. Bryan has served as Project Manager at PaveTex since March 2020 and previously held the position of Sr Project Manager at Volkert, Inc. from April 2016 to March 2020, where responsibilities included CEI Management. Prior roles include Sr. Project Engineer at Raba Kistner, Inc. from October 2013 to April 2016 and Director of Operations at TxDOT Odessa from June 1985 to August 2013. Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University between 1983 and 1987.
