Cassie Nicoll is an experienced Marketplace Manager at Pavers Shoes since September 2019, where expertise in collaborating with key partners has optimized sales for the Pavers and Jones Bootmaker brands. With a progressive career at Pavers, Cassie transitioned from a Senior Ecommerce Trading Executive to managing logistics and supply chain operations as Planning Manager and Assistant Procurement & Supply Chain Manager. Previous roles included Assistant Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Team Leader, where Cassie developed core supplier relationships and implemented Service Level Agreements across multiple countries. Prior to Pavers, Cassie worked at H&M as a Department Manager. Cassie holds a degree in Health, Social Care and Early Years, Public Health from York College.
