Eric Lechlitner, MBA, CAPM, currently serves as a Sales Project Manager at Pavecon since September 2017, where responsibilities include defining project scopes, estimating costs, scheduling, and problem-solving during project execution. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Director of Men's Basketball Operations at Furman University from August 2013 to June 2017, managing administrative and event projects, overseeing budgets, coordinating travel, and enhancing communication within the team. Additionally, Eric worked as a Video Coordinator for Men's Basketball at both Furman University and Charleston Southern University, where video exchange facilitation and film editing were key duties. Earlier experience includes a graduate student role at Charleston Southern University while obtaining an MBA and a Management Assistant position at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Marietta College and an MBA from Charleston Southern University.
