Jerome Vaz is a seasoned professional with a robust background in corporate development and engineering. Currently serving as Manager of Corporate Development at Pave America since July 2023, Jerome previously held roles at Harris Williams as an Investment Banking Associate and Summer Associate. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Eastman Chemical Company, where accomplishments as an Electrical Engineer II included generating over $2.3 million in annual cost savings and leading initiatives that significantly reduced equipment failure and measurement errors. Earlier roles also involved engineering internships and co-ops at JTEKT Automotive North America and Denso Manufacturing, where Jerome contributed to process improvements and cost savings. Jerome holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
