Tim Noakes is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Manager for the UK Ministry of Defence since August 2024, and for the UK Government since February 2022. With extensive expertise in the automotive industry, Tim has held positions as an Operations Engineer at Paultons Park since March 2020 and as a Land Rover Vehicle Technician at Harwoods Ltd since December 2015, where maintenance and diagnostic repairs are performed to Jaguar Land Rover standards. Prior experience includes a Maintenance Technician role at Mercedes-Benz from January to December 2015, and a Field Service Engineer position at Toyota Material Handling in 2014, covering a range of material handling equipment. Tim also completed a three-year apprenticeship with Jaguar Land Rover, achieving City & Guilds Level 3 certification.
