Andreas Maurer has extensive experience in leadership and management within religious and nonprofit organizations. Since November 2011, Andreas has served as Hauptgeschäftsführer und Vorstand at Paulinenpflege Winnenden e.V., overseeing public relations, marketing, and the development of new programs, along with responsibilities for the Psychological Service. Prior roles include Vorstandsassistent at Evangelische Mission in Solidarität (EMS) from September 1999 to October 2011, and Verbindungsreferent Nahost & Geschäftsführer of the Evangelischer Verein für die Schneller-Schulen. Andreas's career began with a role as Pfarrer at Evangelische Gemeinde zu Beirut/Libanon from September 1995 to August 1999. Education includes a Master of Arts in Management und Führungskompetenz from Katholische Fachhochschule Freiburg, alongside various theological qualifications from institutions such as the University of Tübingen and the Freie Universität Berlin.
