Kim Willis

Kim Willis has extensive work experience in the field of People & Culture and Organizational Development. From 2019 to the present, they have been the Chief People & Culture Officer at the Paul Ramsay Foundation, where they are responsible for developing the strategic framework for people & culture, providing advice on talent acquisition & development, remuneration, wellness, employee engagement, and professional development.

Prior to that, Kim worked at Heidrick & Struggles from 2007 to 2018. In their roles at Heidrick & Struggles, they served as the VP of Employee Experience, Culture & Organization Development, where they established a Center of Excellence for Employee Experience and led the development of a new employee lifecycle. Kim also served as the Vice President of HR for the APAC & Middle East region, where they oversaw all HR execution and developed an integrated HR strategy. Kim began their career at AIC Conferences as a Senior Conference Manager.
