Adam Hemmer has extensive work experience in real estate development and project management. Adam served as the Vice President of Real Estate Development at Paul Hemmer Companies from 2009 onwards. Adam was also a Board Member of the Cincinnati Chapter of NAIOP starting from 2011. Adam worked as the Vice President at Building Management Partners, where they developed business and growth plans and implemented new work order management systems. Prior to that, they worked as the Development Manager at Birtcher Development and Investments, overseeing multiple real estate projects and managing project costs and teams. Adam began their career at Perini Building Company as a Project Engineer, where they handled cost control and managed specific portions of projects.
Adam Hemmer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, which they earned from 1997 to 1999. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they attended the USC Marshall School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance & Real Estate. Additionally, during the same period, they pursued a Master's degree in Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California.
