Markus Warmholz has a strong background in commercial law, corporate legal matters, and business consulting. Markus has held various roles throughout their career, including Head of Commercial Law at HARTMANN GROUP, where they led a team of legal professionals and provided advice on a range of business activities. Markus also served as Director Corporate Legal, Procurator at the same company, with a geographical area of responsibility covering parts of Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, India, South and Central America. Prior to their time at HARTMANN GROUP, Markus worked as Counsel and Director of M&P Dubai, PR and Marketing Affairs at Meyer-Reumann & Partners. Markus also gained experience as a Business Consultant at Fluid Productions / Peppermint Experience and as a Booking and Business Development Advisor at Ton aus Strom. Markus was a founding member of Culinary Art Dubai, where they served as Creative Partner. Markus has additional experience as a Senior Lawyer and Lawyer at Roedl, Meyer-Reumann, as a Trainee Lawyer at Meyer-Reumann Legal Consultancy and Clifford Chance, and as a Trainee in event management at I-Motion GmbH. Markus began their legal career as an Intern at Meyer-Reumann Legal Consultancy.
Markus Warmholz completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Zurich in 2000. Markus then pursued further studies at Martin Luther University, where they obtained their 1st State Examination in Law in 2005. Lastly, Markus completed the 2nd State Examination in Law from the Ministry of Justice, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany in 2007.
