Simon Clark currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the COO and Director of People & Culture at the Paul Hamlyn Foundation since February 2024. Prior to this role, Simon held multiple positions at Shaw Trust from March 2019 to October 2023, including Executive Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team, where responsibilities included supporting high-level executives and managing the Reception Team. In addition, Simon coordinated the LGBTQ+ Support Network to enhance awareness and acceptance within the workplace. Earlier experience includes serving as Conference Centre Manager for both Shaw Trust and Prospects, focusing on the organization and facilitation of meetings. Simon's career began in customer service roles at Redsquid Communications and 5com Group, contributing to operational efficiency and client support.
