Jon Kavanagh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, consulting, and quality improvement across various industries. Currently serving as a Coach, Consultant, and Chief question-asker at Mustard Seed Coaching since October 2022, Jon focuses on enhancing the enjoyment of life and work for clients. In parallel, Jon works at Patz Corporation as a frontline assembler, applying a strengths-centered approach to improve operations in the manure-moving machinery sector. Previously, Jon spent nearly a decade at Franciscan Health - Indianapolis, acting as a subject matter expert and liaison, utilizing human factors and Lean Six Sigma principles to address complex challenges. Jon’s earlier roles include Quality Assurance/Clinical Educator at Rural/Metro of Indiana and Assistant Director of Operations at Funtown Splashtown USA, where leadership skills were honed and recognized through safety and tourism awards. Jon holds an Associate degree in Landscape and Nursery Management from the University of Maine.
