Frank Wartner has over 40 years of work experience in the construction industry. Frank started their career in 1977 as a Project Superintendent at G.E. Wilson Construction Company in Kentucky. Later, they joined Turner Construction and worked in various roles and offices for 25 years, including Superintendent, Project Management, Purchasing Manager, Manager of Business Development, and Project Executive. Frank then moved to Winter Construction in 2004, where they served as a Project Executive overseeing projects in multiple states and project types, with construction volumes ranging from $5 million to $75 million. Currently, Frank is the Chief Operations Officer at Pattillo Construction Corporation, responsible for corporation operations and managing projects in several states.

Frank Wartner earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati - College of Engineering and Applied Science. Frank attended the university from 1973 to 1977.
