Amber Durand has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Amber started their career as an Automotive Service Consultant at Lexus of Las Vegas in 1999 and worked there until April 2003. In 2010, they joined Patterson-Schwartz as a Team Manager for The Durand Group, where they also worked as a REALTOR®. Amber held these roles until February 2020. In February 2020, Amber became the Owner and Broker of Cross Street Realtors Chesapeake. Recently, in July 2021, they started their own real estate business as the Real Estate Business Owner at Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate. Amber has a solid background in real estate and has gained extensive experience in team management, brokerage, and client service throughout their career.

Amber Durand attended Ventura College from 1993 to 1994, where they pursued studies in English History. However, they did not complete a degree at this institution.
