Jessica Smith is an experienced professional in operations and sales management with a strong background in customer service. Currently serving as Showroom Operations Manager at Patterson Flynn Martin since March 2021, Jessica previously held roles including Ticket Operations Manager at Live Nation Entertainment, Partnerships Manager at TLC Marketing Worldwide, and Manager of National Group Sales at Broadway Across America, where responsibilities included overseeing national group sales, managing database updates, and training staff on various technology systems.
