Joshua D. is a Digital Advertising Strategist at Pattern® since July 2023. Prior to this, Joshua served as the Director of Search Engine Optimization at Arvo Digital and held various titles within the company from May 2020 to July 2023. With experience as a Senior Team Lead at Target from October 2017 to August 2020, Joshua has demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams and ensuring smooth store operations. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital Marketing from Utah Valley University, completing the degree from 2018 to 2022.
