Ivy Pangilinan has a diverse work experience in the fields of graphic design, painting, and visual arts. Ivy is currently working as a Senior Graphic Designer at Pattern® since November 2021. Prior to this, they were self-employed as a Painter and Visual Artist, where they showcased their creativity and skills in colors, textures, and mark-making. In addition to being a visual artist, Ivy also worked as a Graphic Designer, collaborating with clients such as Canva, Hapinoy, Viber Messenger, and Green Fins Philippines, among others.

Ivy also gained valuable experience as a Senior Graphic Designer at Bhive Design Co. and as a Graphic Designer at Canva. Ivy contributed to the creative processes and visual needs of these companies.

During their time at OnMedia Creative Solutions, Inc., Ivy served as a Senior Art Director, overseeing the visual aspects of various brand-building projects and managing a team of designers. Similarly, as an Art Director at Homegrown.ph, they executed visual materials for rebranding and event purposes.

Furthermore, Ivy had the opportunity to work as an Illustrator/Designer at Rappler.com, collaborating with writers to create editorial artwork and infographics. Ivy also worked as an Art Director at Draftfcb, where they handled the conceptualization and visual execution of creative materials for various industries, including telecommunications, health & beauty, and tourism.

Ivy Pangilinan completed their undergraduate education from 2007 to 2011 at Ateneo de Manila University, where they obtained a degree in AB Communication with a focus on Advertising and Public Relations. In 2015, they enrolled in a continuing education short course at the School of Visual Arts, specializing in Branding & Graphic Design.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Ivy Pangilinan has also obtained certifications in scuba diving. In February 2013, they became an Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver certified by PADI. Later, in May 2016, they achieved Level 1 Freediver certification from Scuba Schools International.
