Mark Kolesar has been in the operations field since 2007. Mark began their career at TJ MAXX as a Production Supervisor. In 2013, they moved to Neiman Marcus as a Production Supervisor, where they were responsible for supervising a department of 20-30 associates, starting up a new building, hiring/training/motivating associates, staffing, conducting 90 day/yearly reviews, implementing/improving processes, improving/developing department SOPs, monitoring/maintaining department on standard percentage, and more. In 2014, Mark moved to Via as an Operations Manager. In 2017, they moved to Plated as an Operations Manager, where they managed production, quality assurance, personnel, and facility issues for the Plated Fulfillment Center. In 2019, Mark began working at Territory Foods as a Director of Operations, where their responsibilities included leading, developing, and setting the tone for all Operations Managers in each city, as well as tracking operational expenses. In 2022, they moved to Pattern as a Director of Operations.
Mark Kolesar obtained their High School Diploma from West Side Tech in 2006. In 2019, they earned two Coursera Course Certificates, one in Supply Chain Operations and one in Supply Chain Logistics.
