Lawrence Nadan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lawrence currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations for North America at Pattern, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, Lawrence worked at Adecco as the Vice President for Western Canada from January 2019 to June 2021.

Before joining Adecco, Lawrence served as the Global Vice President at Footprints Recruiting Inc. from January 2015 to April 2019. Simultaneously, they held the role of Vice President & Managing Partner at Redbrick Consulting from January 2015 to January 2019.

Prior to their time in the recruiting industry, Lawrence worked as the Manager for the BC Region at Drake International from August 2013 to December 2014. Lawrence also served as the Manager for Contract & Temporary Services in the BC Region at Executrade – Your Recruitment Specialists from September 2011 to August 2013.

Earlier in their career, Lawrence held the position of Division Director at Robert Half International from May 2007 to May 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager in Portfolio Risk Segmentation at J.P. Morgan from May 2003 to May 2007.

Lawrence's early career included roles in finance, where they worked at GE Capital from January 2002 to May 2003 and TELUS from June 2000 to January 2002. Overall, Lawrence Nadan has a wealth of experience in operations, recruitment, and finance across multiple industries.

Lawrence Nadan graduated from Simon Fraser University with a BBA degree, specializing in Finance and Accounting.
