Tarami Readus is an accomplished electrical engineer with experience in various roles across reputable companies. Currently serving as an Electrical Technical Professional 1 at Wood and as an Electrical Engineer at Pattern Energy Group, Tarami has previously contributed to bp as a Software Engineer, where a change detection algorithm for AI web applications and a self-service MS PowerApp were implemented. Other notable experiences include electrical engineering roles at PPG Industrial Coatings and Marathon Petroleum Corporation, focusing on motor control center enhancements and electrical feed upgrades. Tarami has also participated in community initiatives such as Code For Good at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and served as Membership Chair for the UH National Society of Black Engineers. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Houston, Tarami's educational background includes foundational studies at Mirabeau B. Lamar High School.
