Spencer Roland possesses extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Facility Manager at Pattern Energy Group since June 2014, after a tenure as Assistant Facility Manager. Prior to this role, Spencer held the position of Project Supervisor at World Wind Services, LLC from October 2013 to May 2014 and worked as a Wind Turbine Technician/QA at Frontier Pro Services from July 2007 to October 2013. Spencer's educational background includes a Certificate in Composite-Tooling and Production from Cerritos College, completed between 2008 and 2009.
