Francisco Javier Luna currently serves as Assistant Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Pattern Energy Group, providing legal advice to the President, CEO, and management of a solar C&I developer in the Northeastern U.S. Previously, Luna held positions including Senior Director and Senior Counsel for Transactions, where responsibilities included acting as legal lead for renewable energy project financings and M&A transactions across multiple countries. Experience also includes roles as Senior Counsel at SunEdison, Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP, and Project Finance Associate at Milbank LLP, where legal expertise in energy generation projects was honed. Luna's earlier career includes significant experience in structured finance and real estate development, and a brief tenure as a Congressional Fellow. Educational qualifications encompass a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles, an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, and a Licentiate degree in Law from Universidad de Guadalajara.
