Victoria Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. Victoria recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Patterbar since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked for the Colorado Community Health Network from 2012 to 2019, holding various roles such as Quality Initiatives Director, Senior Quality Initiatives Manager, Quality Initiatives Manager, and Quality Improvement Specialist. Before their tenure at the Colorado Community Health Network, Victoria worked as a Case Manager/Job Developer at Correctional Management Inc. (CMI) from March 2010 to May 2012. Victoria also worked as a Community Organizer at The Blue Bench (formerly RAAP) from October 2009 to February 2010. Victoria's early career includes a role as a Project Coordinator at John Snow, Inc. (JSI) from August 2008 to September 2009.

Victoria Anderson attended Bucknell University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology with a Concentration in Human Service Systems. In 2007, they also briefly attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics, studying Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
