Tomas Overtoom is an experienced professional in customer experience management and cinematography. Currently the Team Leader for Customer Experience at Patta Exclusive Sneakers BV., managing customer service teams in The Netherlands and Suriname while enhancing the global customer journey. Additionally, as a Cinematographer with Tomas & Liza, based in Amsterdam, Overtoom specializes in creating quality videos for brands with an emphasis on unique storytelling and custom lens construction. Previously held the position of Formula Manager at Kamera Express rental/budgetcam, where responsibilities included managing marketing strategies and curating gear collections for stores in the Netherlands and Belgium. Overtoom co-founded OntFront BV., a business focused on sidewalk tailoring, and holds a degree in information engineering from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
