Josh Cassarly has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Josh began their career in 2006 at skinnyCorp, where they worked as an Order Fulfillment specialist until 2009. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at KCWX-TV, holding multiple roles including Promotions & Creative Services, Technical Director, and Master Control Operator. In 2014, Josh joined Socialware as a Product Support Specialist, where they worked until 2015. Josh then moved on to Matrix Solutions, starting as a Customer Support Analyst in 2015 and later transitioning to the role of Customer Success and Project Coordinator in 2017. Since 2017, Josh has been working at Patron Technology, holding various positions such as Event Operations Hardware Manager, Senior Logistics & Warehouse Manager, and currently serving as the Associate Director of Hardware Operations.

Josh Cassarly attended Columbia College Chicago from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a BA in Audio Arts & Acoustics.
