Kimberley Marais has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Kimberley is currently serving as a Senior Associate - Investment Controlling International at PATRIZIA SE since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Finance Manager - Vice President at Optimum Asset Management (Luxembourg) S.A from March 2020 to May 2022. Before that, Kimberley was an Audit Manager at EY from April 2019 to March 2020. Kimberley started their career at Grant Thornton Namibia as an Audit Senior in February 2015 and held this position until March 2019.

Kimberley Marais completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Science (CTA) in 2018 at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Accounting Science in Financial accounting from the same institution, completing it between 2015 and 2017. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Namibia, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
