Desiree Turner possesses a diverse background in talent acquisition and clinic management, with current experience at Patriot Strategies, LLC as an Optum ASR-Initial Research member since July 2023. Previously, Desiree functioned as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at both Bollinger MS Shipbuilding and VT Halter Marine from November 2022 to March 2023 and November 2019 to November 2022, respectively. Desiree's career also includes significant roles as an Executive Assistant and Scheduling Coordinator/HR Generalist at Comfort Keepers, and extensive experience managing refractive surgery clinics at Valforce, Inc., Leading Edge Enterprises, and ETS from 2008 to 2019. Desiree holds an Associate of Science degree in Psychology from Cloud County Community College and has furthered education at The University of Southern Mississippi.
