Neo I. is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in software development and management. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at PINKTUM since October 2023, Neo has held various leadership roles including Engineering Manager at Sauce Labs and deineBAUSTOFFE, as well as Senior Software Engineer at ABOUT YOU GmbH. Neo's significant contributions include the founding and leadership of CreativityKills Co., a software development company, and the role of Chief Technology Officer at Hotels.ng, Nigeria's largest hotel booking platform. With a primary stack of PHP (Laravel), MySQL, Queues, Redis, and Cloud (AWS), Neo possesses a strong technical foundation complemented by experience in technical writing and mobile application development. Education includes a WASSCE in General Sciences from St Finbarrs College and ongoing studies at the University of Benin.
