Lara Schultze-Druse is a Product Manager at PINKTUM, with a diverse background in consulting and coaching. Prior roles include Consultant for Personal- und Eignungsdiagnostik at scan.up AG and training as a systemic coach at COATRAIN® coaching & personal training GmbH. Lara has extensive experience in e-learning management as Team Lead and E-Learning Manager at Engel & Völkers, as well as roles at Accenture as a Learning Solution Expert and Training Developer at riebeaux Training und Coaching UG. Prior to these positions, communication consulting was performed at Carat, along with early marketing experience as a trainee and student at Teads.tv. Lara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Psychology from Hochschule Fresenius.
