Randy LeBlanc has a diverse work experience in the construction and industrial sector. Randy currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at Patriot Construction & Industrial, LLC since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations -Port of Iberia at the same company starting from July 2020.

Before joining Patriot Construction & Industrial, LLC, Randy worked at Stabil Drill as a Regional QAQC Manager from July 2019 to April 2020. Randy then joined Halliburton in 2014, where they held the positions of R&M Quality Manager and GOM Repair & Maintenance Quality Manager until May 2019. At Halliburton, they also served as the GoM Repair & Maintenance (R&M) Manager from September 2010 to May 2014, overseeing all repairs and maintenance on various equipment. Prior to that, Randy worked as an R&M Supervisor at Halliburton from May 2006 to May 2010.

Randy LeBlanc has obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in EE Technology, as well as two Associate of Science (AS) degrees in Electrical Technology and Instrumentation Technology. All of these degrees were acquired from McNeese State University.
