Blair Way has extensive work experience in the mining and metals industry. In 2008, they started working at Oceanagold as the Country President and Project Director until 2010. Blair then joined Ventana Gold in 2010 as the Vice President of Project Development until 2011. From 2012 to 2013, Blair held various positions, such as CEO and Director at Aguila American Gold, CEO, President, and Director at Strike Graphite, and CFO and Director at Rio Grande Mining. In 2013, they became the CEO, President, and Director at Leading Edge Materials Corp, where they served until 2019. Blair joined Aguila American Gold Ltd in 2013 as a Director, continuing in this role until 2022. Blair also served as a Director at Queensland Gold Hills Corp. from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the positions of CEO, President, and Director at Patriot Battery Metals, starting in 2020, and Chairman of The Board of Directors at Traction Uranium, starting in 2022.

Blair Way pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology/Earth Science from 1981 to 1985 at Acadia University. Later, from 2003 to 2007, Blair Way attended The University of Queensland, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on the field of study being Business.
