Akshay Usrethe is a versatile professional with extensive experience in the fields of human resources and media production. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at Ikamate HR India Pvt. Ltd since March 2023, Akshay has held multiple roles at Endemol Shine India since May 2018, including Senior Producer and Talent Producer, notably working on major projects like MTV Ace of Space and Bigg Boss Season 12. Additionally, Akshay has contributed as a Freelance Journalist for Rajasthan Patrika Pvt. Ltd. since March 2016 and has previously worked as an Audition & Casting Producer for Frames Media. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Journalism focused on Travel Journalism from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University and a Bachelor in Commerce with a specialization in Marketing from Dr. Hari Singh Gour University.
