Shannon Pritchard is an experienced beverage management professional currently serving as the Manager of Beverage Innovation & Training at Patrick Henry Creative Promotions Inc since March 2022. Previously, Shannon held various leadership positions, including General Manager at Lizzard’s Pub and Saint Danes, where responsibilities encompassed staff recruitment, training, inventory management, and customer service enhancement. With a background in the hospitality industry dating back to 2008, Shannon has developed skills in mixology, cocktail recipe creation, social media marketing, and compliance with health regulations. Shannon also has an Associate's degree in Cosmetology from San Jacinto College.
