Thomas Kruse Lie is an experienced attorney with a specialization in intellectual property law, currently serving as an attorney at Patrade and Patrade Legal since April 2015, where responsibilities include establishing and enforcing clients' IP rights worldwide, conducting IP filings, and participating in oral proceedings before the General Court of the European Court of Justice. Additionally, Thomas lectures in European Intellectual Property Law and Market Law at Aalborg University, sharing knowledge on trademarks, jurisdiction, and EU-Competition Law. Thomas also has experience as a legal advisor on rent law through voluntary roles at Danske Lejere and Lejernes LO. Thomas holds a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Laws from Aalborg University, along with foundational courses in business and commercial law.
