Siona Barreto is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Manager of People & Culture at Teamified since October 2022. Prior to this role, Siona held the position of Manager of Human Resources at Quess Lanka from February 2018 to October 2022 and worked as an HR Coordinator at CommScope from September 2015 to December 2017. Siona began the career as an HR Executive at Caculo Earthmovers Pvt. Ltd. (JCB) from August 2012 to September 2015. Siona earned an MBA in Human Resources from Goa University - Department of Management Studies between 2010 and 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Carmel College, Nuvem, completed in 2009.
