Alyssa McDonald is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and foodservice industry, currently serving as the Catering Sales Manager at Patina Restaurant Group since December 2019, specializing in events at Disney Springs. In addition to this role, Alyssa co-founded Ingredients Shared Kitchens in August 2020, where the focus is on matching food businesses with optimal kitchen spaces. As a host of The Ketchup Thyme Podcast since September 2020, Alyssa highlights stories of resilience and hope. Previous experience includes roles as an F&B Sales Coordinator at Marriott International and as a Food and Beverage Coordinator at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where Alyssa honed skills in sales, event management, and client relations. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Florida, earned in 2009.
