Akshay Khamkar is a Senior Engineer in Robotics & PLC at Patil Automation Pvt. Ltd. since July 2020, specializing in robot and PLC programming for industrial automation projects, including BIW, conveyor systems, and assembly lines, utilizing various robot brands such as Yaskawa, Panasonic, ABB, Fanuc, and Kuka, along with Mitsubishi and Siemens PLCs. Prior to this, Akshay held the position of Assistant Engineer in Robotics at TAKSHI AUTO COMPONENTS PRIVATE LIMITED from June 2018 to June 2020, where responsibilities included programming and maintaining Yaskawa and Panasonic robots. Akshay holds a PG Diploma in Robotics & Allied Technologies from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Engineering, Management and Research, Pune. Education also includes completion of HSC and SSC from Shree Fattechand Jain Vidyalaya and Junior College, Pune.
