Orlando Garcia serves as the Director of Training and Quality at PatientPoint® since April 2021, with previous roles including Director of Customer Success Relationship Management, Manager of Customer Success, and Practice Sales Manager. Prior to joining PatientPoint®, Orlando held the position of Manager, Practice Sales at Outcome Health from August 2019 to April 2021. Between March 2017 and August 2019, Orlando was the Director of Client Operations at Cavulus. From September 2010 to January 2017, Orlando worked as the Senior Sales Manager for Patient Education Services at AccentHealth, where responsibilities included driving improvements in patient health outcomes, managing independent physician office recruitment, developing business strategies, overseeing performance and productivity, leading a team of over 18 employees, and maintaining strong customer relationships through various industry engagements.
