Tiffany Willis began their career in 2014 as a Bariatric Coordinator at West Texas Bariatrics with Lubbock Surgical Associates. In 2021, they took on the role of Co Host with the Life After Fat Pants Podcast. Currently, they are a Patient Partner Mentor with PatientPartner, a position they have held since 2022.

Tiffany Willis earned their Bachelors of Social Work from the University of North Texas in 1997, with a focus in Geriatrics. In 2016, they obtained a certification as a LINX educator from West Texas Bariatrics. Additionally, in 2001 they obtained a certification as a Dementia Care Specialist from the Alzheimer's Association\u00ae.
