Emily Alten is an Associate Product Marketing Manager at PatientNow since March 2021 and has been involved with RxPhoto as an Account Manager, Content Manager/Editor, and Content Writer since May 2016. Emily is also the Founder and Director of LabChatter, a platform that delivers current scientific research to the public. Emily's background includes experience as a Medical Technician at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai from June 2015 to August 2018, where responsibilities included leading ophthalmic procedures. Additionally, from January 2015 to January 2016, Emily served as a Hospice Volunteer at Zicklin Residence, providing support to residents and families. Earlier professional experience includes an internship at Goff Laboratory, focusing on retroviruses and conducting various molecular biology techniques. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Columbia University, earned in 2015, and was a dancer with Momix from 2003 to 2012.
