Katie Bublitz Ward is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and client management. Currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at PatientIQ since October 2024, Katie previously held multiple roles at XSELL Technologies, including Director of Client Partner and Senior Customer Success Manager-Healthcare. From October 2014 to June 2021, Katie was a Senior Customer Success Manager at Rally Health, where the focus was on engaging consumers in their health journeys through digital solutions. Earlier in the career, Katie worked as a Junior Account Manager at Spotlite, providing support in client benefit enrollments. Katie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
