Mark Wholey is an accomplished software engineer and technology leader with extensive experience in defense and maritime operations. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at Patient Centric Solutions, Inc. since January 2022, Mark Wholey previously held the role of Principal at Maritime Planning Associates, a Veteran Owned Small Business, where responsibilities included client relations and software development support for the Naval Special Warfare Development Group and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Defense Programs at RPS ASA, Senior Technical Team Lead at Applied Science Associates, and Technology Lead at Lawmatch.
