Rebecca Beirne, PHR has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Rebecca currently works at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), where they hold the positions of Manager Talent Management, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Recruiter. In their role as HR Associate at PCORI, Rebecca managed full life-cycle recruitment, oversaw third-party worker staffing, and ran the intern program. As an HR specialist, they managed the third-party worker process, coordinated onboarding and orientation activities, and recruited for regular positions. Rebecca also provided support for employee programs. Prior to their work at PCORI, Rebecca was a Zumba Instructor at Gold's Gym and XSport Fitness. Rebecca worked as a Staffing Consultant at Randstad and held various roles at Corporation Service Company, including Client Service Partner and Professional Services Consultant. Rebecca also served as an Assistant Center Director at Huntington Learning Center, where they managed center operations, scheduled staff, oversaw curriculum quality checks, and communicated with parents.

Rebecca Beirne holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General from Muhlenberg College. Rebecca attended Muhlenberg College from 2005 to 2009. In 2007, they also studied English and Theatre at Queen Mary University of London for a brief period. Prior to their college education, Rebecca Beirne attended Garnet Valley High School. In 2018, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
