Michael Carrabba

IT Training Manager / Operations at Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute

Michael Carrabba has extensive work experience in various roles related to training and consulting, with a focus on IT and Salesforce. Michael started their career at The Judge Group as a Content Development Manager from April 2010 to April 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at Dendrite International as a Consultant Trainer/Developer. Michael then joined DaVita as a Software Lead from June 2011 to April 2012.

In 2013, Michael Carrabba worked at Health Quest as a Cerner Registration Implementation Manager for a brief period from August to December. Michael then joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Salesforce Consultant from March to November 2014.

From March to August 2015, Michael Carrabba worked at the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a Soft Skills Trainer in the Learning & Development department. Michael also worked as a Salesforce Consultant at I Heart Media LLC from June 2015 to August 2016.

From December 2016 to November 2018, Michael Carrabba worked at Getty Images, focusing on Global Salesforce Training and Deployment. Michael then joined the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) in June 2018, where they served as a Salesforce Consultant/IT Trainer. In March 2019, they took on the role of IT Training Manager/Operations at PCORI.
