Previously, Phil held key leadership roles including Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of YourLifeRx, Inc., and President of Pharmacy at Sears Holdings Corporation, where significant achievements included leading a $2B pharmacy division to top national customer satisfaction ratings and improved margins. Phil's background also includes positions at LearnSomething, Millennium Pharmacy Systems, FlavoRx, Rite Aid Corporation, and CVS/pharmacy.
