Tiffany Sontag is a seasoned training and development professional with extensive experience in creating and implementing learning strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Training Development at PAN Foundation since May 2022, Tiffany leads the training function and collaborates with multiple departments to enhance training initiatives. Previously, Tiffany held senior roles at EVERSANA from August 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included developing blended learning solutions for pharmaceutical clients and supporting instructional design. Tiffany's background also includes significant contributions to talent development at Macy's from June 2005 to February 2018, fostering leadership programs and collaborating on content development to address operational challenges. Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Health Care Administration from DeVry University, completed in June 2023.
